Skiing and Yoga…
two disciplines, two philosophies. Not necessarily opposed! SkiYo is the
harmonious teamwork of seeming contrasts: Skiing and yoga, in harmony and also
at the same time. SkiYo links ease and technique, feeling and understanding,
balance and breathing, focus and overview, power and flow. SkiYo is exertion at
releasing and relaxation at power input.
Sonnia Höffken, passionate
skiing coach and long-time Yoga teacher (Call-a-Yogi / SkiYo), will talk about
her new trend "SkiYo – feel the flow". This trend combines elements and
exercises from Yoga and skiing.
