"We respect the majority decision of the European Outdoor Group (EOG) to continue to hold the OutDoor trade fair in the summer in Friedrichshafen," Manfred Wutzlhofer, Chief Executive Officer of Messe München, stated.

"We provide all prerequisites to continue to support the outdoor segment successfully with our internationally renowned site and its outstanding infrastructure as well as our decades of successful work for the international sporting goods industry. Of course, we regret that this is not comprehensively possible due to the current decision of the EOG. But we welcome the clear vote of the EOG for ispo winter as a fully supported outdoor trade fair in the winter.”

The EOG especially emphasized their high esteem for the outdoor exhibition at ispo winter, the organization of the trade fair presentation of outdoor and the outstanding support provided by the ispo team.
