Skiing and Yoga… two disciplines, two philosophies. Not necessarily opposed! SkiYo is the harmonious teamwork of seeming contrasts: Skiing and yoga, in harmony and also at the same time. SkiYo links ease and technique, feeling and understanding, balance and breathing, focus and overview, power and flow. SkiYo is exertion at releasing and relaxation at power input.

Sonnia Höffken, passionate skiing coach and long-time Yoga teacher (Call-a-Yogi / SkiYo), will talk about her new trend „SkiYo – feel the flow“. This trend combines elements and exercises from Yoga and skiing.
SkiYo intensifies the skiing and nature experience and broadens one’s mind with all senses.

The party before the party, a chance to find out how you can help conservation.

To counteract the winter cold, the East Entrance will be transformed into a hopping party arena. Culinary and drink specialties await, as well as great musical entertainment. As to the music, ispo again stayed with a proven concept, inviting the Spanish cover band "Los Salvapantallas". A special feast for the eyes for all winter sports fans will be highlights from the Kendal Mountain Festival - a television action sports feature packed with athletic peak performances. Polartec is once again event sponsor, providing all party goers with cozy hats or beanies. Tickets are available at the exhibitor service office, at the snow ice & rock summit and in the hall passages, at 10 Euro per person. The event kicks off at 6 pm. Food and drinks are included.
