exhibitor receives a Guest Ticket Starter Package automatically with 50
guest tickets. Exhibitors are only charged for the guest tickets
actually redeemed. Guest Tickets These
paper guest tickets are printed with your exhibitor name and your
hall/booth numbers. We will send you the guest tickets in the mail
after we receive your order. You can give them to your customers, whom
you would like to invite to your booth.
e-Guest Tickets We
will send you a TXT file with the e-guest ticket numbers per e-mail
after we receive your order. You can open this TXT file with any
customary program (e.g., Word). For example, you can integrate the
e-guest ticket numbers in a mail-merge letter and send them to your
customers. Please note that the e-guest ticket numbers are composed of
a combination of both numbers on a line. You customers can redeem
these e-guest ticket numbers quickly and easily with successful trade
visitor credentials under "tickets" at www.ispo-winter.com.
