The international media use the press section of www.ispo-winter.com for reporting before the fair, for searches and trade fair planning. You can use these central, up-to-date and attractive communication tools at any time to inform the media without waste coverage about your company, your trade fair presentation and your new products.
Data Input And this is how it works: At www.ispo-winter.com you
can book your press box online. Here, using your personal ID
number (which you have receievd by e-mail) and depending on the
package you choose, you can enter your text (one press release per
press box), logo and/or photo.
Please note: • The file name must not include any space, plus, minus or similar characters. •
Please bear in mind that photos have to be available in two different
versions: in a resolution of 300dpi for downloading and in a resolution
of 72dpi for viewing, as jpg or gif file, both in RGB mode.
Deadline The deadline is Wednesday, January 28th, 2009 at 12.00. As
soon as you have made your entries, we shall arrange for them to go
onto the Internet. It takes about three working days from the arrival
of your data to their presentation on the Internet. The information you
provide will be available to journalists until around four weeks
after the end of the fair.

Each
package is also available in English, French, Italian or Spanish. You
enter the translated texts in the same way. The costs (plus VAT) will
be charged in the final invoice. They are incurred upon legally binding
registration of the service. We invoice only the exhibiting companies
for the costs. Extra invoices for agencies cannot be issued for
bookkeeping reasons.
At www.ispo-winter.com you can provide journalists with information on your new products at
the fair during the run-up to ispo winter and up to a month after
the event.
In addition to this presence on the internet, we compile a list
of new products based on your entries for the fair, which is
specifically used by the dailies and the electronic media for reporting
purposes. In order to ensure maximum PR value and to provide
journalists with a functional research tool with constructive
information, please provide us with information on new products only.
We reserve the right to edit or shorten material. In addition to
publication on the internet, we will establish a list of new products
based on the site content, to be handed out at the press center.
Data Input At www.ispo-winter.com you
can book your presentation online, using your personal ID number (which
you have received by e-mail), make your entries (800 characters max.)
under the heading "New Products at the Fair". Your news will
go online within three days after our release for publication.
Deadline The deadline is Friday, January 23rd 2009, at 12.00
All the journalists frequent in the press center West and East during ispo winter, and it is an important meeting place for all media representatives. You can display your press material there. The use of the display stands in the press centers is free of charge. We recommend the preparation of around 30 complete press folders with press releases, photos, brochures, etc. in German and English.
Deadline / Delivery Please make sure you send
your press material by free delivery with customs and taxes paid by
Friday, January 30th, 2009 at the latest to:
